We host a wide variety of events, including: private gatherings; community workshops; vendor pop-ups; five cubicle rentals; podcast recordings; yoga classes; and photo shoots. Our space is designed to adapt to your needs, creating the perfect setting for meaningful, memorable, and stress-free experiences.

In addition to our dynamic event spaces, we offer three modern 8' x 8' private office suites available for rent — ideal for professionals, freelancers, and small business owners. These thoughtfully designed offices provide a productive, creative environment to work, collaborate, and grow.

Rental Space Price List

Shared Worship Space for Churches

  • Saturday (Between the hours of 9am and 3pm) or Sundays Service (Between the hours of 1pm and 6pm) – $1,500/month

  • Wednesday Bible Study (Hours to be negotiated)

  • Full use of space

  • Includes storage, early arrival, post-service time

  • Ideal for Emerging Ministries or Congregations Seeking a Long-Term Home

 Office Space Rentals

  • 3 Private Offices (8' × 8’) $300/month each

  • $100/month or $15/day
